For the majority of our print processes we require vector artwork in the following formats

Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
EPS

A proof of artwork will be supplied unless specified otherwise, by email.  The proof must be approved if artwork is correct.  Printing will not proceed until authorisation on final artwork is received.  If changes are required simply supply these for a revised proof. Production time begins after all approvals.

Many of our printing processes cannot exactly match PMS colour systems. We do endeavour to match any provided PMS colours as closely as current technology allows.  We have pantone matching system ( PMS Chart ) for you to choose . Just pick your colour to make your own unique promotional product .

We provide pad printing , screen printing , digital printing  and laser engraving for different products . It depends what you need . We will assist you to make a good choice for printing method on different products .

We require all orders to be placed in writing.  Order confirmation will follow receipt of purchaseorder. Orders are not accepted over the telephone. Please be sure to identify yourself and your artwork along with your purchase order number, the product or products on which the art is to be printed, and contact information with phone and e-mail address so we are able to contact you. Due to circumstances many times not controlled by our factory, prices are subject to change without notice and substitutions of items of greater or equal value may be necessary to ensure on-time

Goods should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Complaints must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery. No merchandise may be returned without factory return authorization number. We are not responsible for common carrier

There  is a $45.00 charge for orders less than  minimum  and may also have an increase in unit price.
